The workshops operate with a regular schedule throughout the year. They may be temporarily closed during public holidays and maintenance/activity periods.
The application process evaluates the student's motivation, intention to create, potential for effectively using the workshop, and preferably previous work in these areas. Except in cases of force majeure or unavoidable circumstances such as workload distribution, maximum effort is made to ensure equal opportunity for all students to benefit from the workshop.
Applications open periodically, and accepted students gain access to the workshop. They can schedule an appointment through the reservation system at a suitable time slot and use the workshop after confirmation.
